Troubleshooting

1. I don't have a webcam. You need a webcam to see your Talking Tag. If you don't have a webcam, you can still preview and send your own Talking Tags here.
2. Nothing is happening. To hear your Talking Tag you need to make sure you enable your webcam.
   When prompted, click  
3. I can't seem to click on the 'allow' button! Looks like there's an issue with your flash player. To allow you webcam manually, go to System Preferences > Flash > Camera and Mic > Camera and Microphone Settings by Site... find talkingtags.com.au and change 'ask me' to 'allow'.
4. When I hold up my Talking Tag, nothing happens. Ensure the tag isn't crumpled and that the symbol on the front of the tag can be seen clearly by your webcam.
5. Nope. Still nothing. Try moving the tag closer to your computer so your webcam can clearly recognise the symbol.
6. The mouth is moving - but I can't hear anything! Turn your speakers on and your volume up.
7. The animation has frozen. Try moving the tag off the screen and then back into view.
8. I'd like to send a specific Talking Tag to someone I know. Just visit the Print Tags page and attach Talking Tags to all of your gifts.
